3-Bedroom Block of Flats Residential Development (Ongoing)

This development features the design and construction of a refined 3-bedroom block of flats located in the heart of Enugu. The project began with a client-provided drawing, which our team carefully reviewed. Following site analysis, we observed key design and spatial inconsistencies and therefore prepared a revised proposal better suited to the terrain, functionality, and local conditions. Our new concept was approved by the client, and construction commenced shortly afterward.

The design is optimized to fit comfortably on a standard 50ft × 100ft plot while maintaining adequate setback and circulation spaces.

We were commissioned to handle the design review, documentation, and construction supervision of the project. The block is a reinforced concrete structure, designed for stability, efficient construction sequencing, and long-term durability.

The project is currently ongoing, with structural and blockwork stages completed. Subsequent works - roofing, finishes, and services installations - are being executed in line with Aethon Projects’ standard of quality and precision.
