The scope of work includes design and documentation, procurement of materials, and construction of a 5-bedroom duplex with a total floor area of approximately 190 square meters.

Construction & Finishes: The building features a reinforced concrete framed structure, comprising column bases, columns, beams, lintels, and sand–cement block infill walls.
